I object to the rezoning of 5 Judith street Observatory

I object the rezoning from residential 1 to 4 as this is a residential area

Suburb should be kept for homes only as it has always been.

This does not fit in with the character of the area and will have an adverse affect on property values.

Area needs to stay fully residential.

I object to the building work at 5 Judith street

This is highly undesirable given the information presented. It poses a real threat to the character of Observatory. Cannot allow this to continue . Not in our name

Both the water system Berea Reservoir and the power system Observatory Substation are not coping at all due to failing infrastructure Rezoning of this land will lead to new development draining the area further of limited resources

Water, noice, electricity, influcs of people

Not acceptable!

I object to the requested rezoning of the address 5 Judith Street, Observatory to category 'Residential 4'.

I am totally against this happening in our area and would appreciate this not going ahead.
