No thanks, this is strictly a residential neighborhood. We also don’t need any extra traffic

I am a resident in the Observatory and I note with disgust how the greater Cyrildene and Bruma areas have started a sharp decay the rate of which is commensurate and proportionate to dilapidated properties being sold for nothing and simply converted into multi room units rented out as low income accommodation. I do not want this same thing to happen in our enclosure because it will invite the wrong element.

The area is already suffering from infrastructure stress in terms of water and electricity and sewerage will never cope with increased strain.

Current rezoning in the area has led to multiple bylaw transgressions, with the potential of this applicant further compounding the concerns.

As a property owner and Observatory resident I strongly support this petition.

This is of the utmost importance to the survival of our neighborhood. This is a residential area.

Trying to build on a public space where people wait for public transport now its become a life risk for pedestrians
