I strongly object to this development in the grounds of the proximity to a primary school with young children who deserve privacy, the current lack of parking on this road to cope with the 2 existing schools and the noise that a block of flats would bring to a residential area.

This development is wholly inappropriate in this location directly next to the school. The area is at risk of becoming over developed, and will it add to the current traffic and parking problems.

I don't feel this is an appropriate complex for a family residential street and it will not be positive for the school next door with increased traffic and building complications.

I fully support the proposal. The increase in flats in the area is simply catastrophic for the community that struggles to support the current level of residents!
