Sorry, this a neighborhood of mostly single family dwellings. Would like to keep it that way!

This proposed development exceeds the density allowed for this area. Why would we want our neighborhood to morph into a high density residential area when tge reason we invested in this area was because it was zoned medium density.

I live on Waterfront Court in the Cooper Jack Settlement. The infrastructure cannot handle this kind of development. It would be an eyesore and bring the wrong kind of people into the area.
The amount of trash (mostly from construction - from the trucks and workers) has drastically increased since The Strand has been developed.
Let’s keep Cooper Jack a residential, peaceful neighborhood.
