A hugely unsafe proposal given the traffic/parking congestion that akready exists within proposes area and junction at knockinlaw road.

I am surprised there haven't been any serious accidents due to the parking, especially at weekends.

This is a completely unreasonable proposal. An already tricky junction very close by coupled with the children's nursery & soft play make this an unecessary hazard.

There is no need for this facility in this area and it will only cause more congestion in an already busy part of town

The area is already really busy when trying to pick up kids from nursery, this would just add to an already conjested street

Objection to change due to increase of volume of traffic and problems that this will cause to an already dangerous area.

There are plenty of stores/alcohol providing stores further along Dean street. We do not need another, especially one near to a nursery & soft play.

My children attend Dean Park Nursery where there is already an issue with parking and safe crossing for children. A mini market here would only exacerbate the problem and potentially lead to safety/security issues within the immediate area. There is no need for this type of business in an already congested and highly trafficked area.

There is no need for a mini market at this place. There is a danger to the children crossing the road to both the soft play and the nursery as there is little parking and crossing the road at this place is usually necessary. Additional traffic caused by a new shop will pose a danger. The council can stop this now by moving the location of this mini market further down Glasgow road closer to the other strip of shops.

my children attend Dean Park Nursery and the parking in the area is dreadful not helped by the softly next door which should never have got planning permission with the severe lack of parking spaces for it. (good soft play though!) A minimart across the road will make a busy junction worse and parking also worse. the council need to pay particular attention to the fact that you have a nursery, a soft play and also a route used by school children at already over busy junction.

No requirement for a supermarket in this area. The road is so narrow especially when two buses try to pass each other.

East Ayrshire council only have to ask two questions. 1. Do we the residents of Beansburn need a super /mini or indeed any other shop in this already congested area. 2. Where will there staff park not to mention theire customers

What a stupid idea! Tescos up the road, Spar down the road, Morrisons isnt even that far away we don't need another supermarket or mini market in that area. Also it will most likely be selling alcohol bang in the middle of a country park used by families, a kiddies park and footbal playing field and a kids soft play across the road do we really need any more problems in this area! Not to mention the traffic is bad enough in this area, far to heavily congested as is and you want to stick a supermarket in amongst it all!! Get a grip! This road is mainly used by traffic and buses heading up to the top end of Kilmarnock and the A77 between this and the congestion at the Spar/Katies Take Away in Bonnyton just a major accident waiting to happen! Use your heads East Ayrshire Council do we really need yet another supermarket/mini market in this town never mind this heavily congested area!

i strongly disagree that a supermarket should be put into the old Blair and grey. The area is a disaster since jungle madness was put in and of this goes ahead it's goig to be even worse. Let's have a think about the people who live on dean road and cannot et their cars Parker all week or weekend. Definate no!!
