Refuse the development

this is to have the residents of midland road and the surrounding roads kept in the picture about the proposed new houses on the tip,. I have been fighting this for 50 years since i moved into my home in midland road..

I am particularly concerned with the damage to well established plants and trees which support a host of wildlife.

I fully support all the points raised in the petition

I agree with all of the objections. This is contaminated land and should not be touched. There is also a lot of wildlife on this land that would be affected.

There's already too many vehicles using Bramhall Lane. Thought the land was contaminated. Knowing this would anyone want to live there?

The viability assessment submitted by the applicant needs to be independently assessed as many of the assumptions are above norm. Why has the applicant not been asked for an education contribution?

I have serious concerns regarding the lad that would be excavated and the harmful debris!! Namely Asbestos!!!! That along with the shear scale of the development and the effect on schools and roads in he area.

We do not need more houses, 2000 being built in woodford and no one is buying any that are for sale. There I'd also too much wildlife in the location that needs protecting not destroying. This is pure greed

How many more planning applications for this site before it is rejected permanently? Why is NO never NO for all time? Just like Brexit!

Traffic is horrendous as it is on bramhall lane. More houses more traffic. The local roads can't cope

I do not want more traffic queueing outside my door every rush hour causing yet more pollution nor do I want radon gas and God knows what leaking into our air space

I object to this project.

Traffic in this area is so heavy without the additional vehicles this development would add. This fact blends into insignificance when we take into consideration building on contaminated land. Unbelievable and time that the residents were listened to.

I sent an objection from myself and my husband, through email, on the day we received the leaflet about these plans. Ann and David Lowing

The local road network can support what would be over 400 additional cars

It is land with rubbish underneath and will not be good for our health and lifestyle
