My retired parents live right at the bottom of the road next to the proposed works entrance and the increased Traffic and airborne pollution is a danger to their health and the health of the local population.
This is greed over public safety and totally unacceptable

As someone who works in estate agency the fact they plan to build properties on contaminated land is absolutely ridiculous. This planning application should NOT be approved!!!

Please stop this dangerous, health threatening plan persimmon homes has for building on this land. Not only is it damaging to current home owners & their family’s but if this was allowed the poor people who buy these properties.

The land is not safe to build on in relation to health and safety. The number of houses and occupants with cars would increase the traffic congestion which is already dreadful .

Each time any investigations have been done on this site, the stench reaching our house from it is enough to keep you indoors. This is surely an indication as to why this application should be rejected. I hope that common sense prevails!

Building on this land is an absolute joke with all the health and environmental risks to the surrounding residents and the impact on the local recourses like Doctors, schools, roads. These are already under pressure without adding another 200+ homes!

Having objected to this development in the past I fail to see why the developers feel able to resubmit. There is such a strong level of rejection from the community and for very good reason.
