Our daughter lives at Primrose hill and I think the nightmare the trafic is at the moment is bad enough, but the thought of hundreds more would be absolute chaos.

A further 93+ cars to the community is ridiculous, Soothill Lane is already busy especially at peak times, getting from Lady Ann Road to the bottom of Soothill Lane can sometimes take 5-10 minutes and cars are regularly queeing back up past the working mens club, Soothill cannot cope with the traffic it currently has let alone 100's more

I object to almost 100 houses being built on the green space in front of my house. It will cause terrible traffic congestion on lady ann road/soothill lane which is already extremely overloaded!

Congestion is a very big issue at junction of Soot Hill Lane and Lady Ann Road. Wild life would also be affected. Crested newts, bats and Kestrels are seen on this land

The whole thing of building on Lady Ann Road makes no sense. The road and main Soothill Road is horrendous to travel.on at all times of the day. Traffic in this part of Batley is already over conjested.

The roads can not cope with current traffic , and a new 3 stories house is planned to be build directly on our garden border

The housing will cause a lot of damage to the wildlife in the area and the buildings will also be an eyesore to the area due to them using different materials to the house in the area

The developer has destroyed protected habitat and now wants to build on the land.
Should be in jail, hopefully the Planners will do the right thing

I agree with many of the comments regarding the increased pressure of more traffic and increased flood risk. One of the reasons I bought my property on Primrose Hill was the view from the garden. I'd rather look out onto an open field and the hills in the background than buildings.

Yet again, why are we fighting to save our green spaces when there are brownfield sites around?
