Objection to Battery Heights Condominiums Proposed Condo Fee Increase and Special Assessment

I can not pay this amount

I support many/most of the observations and potential solutions suggested by this petition. There was little information in the letter explaining the current circumstances and options that were explored. Very much appreciate the respectful tone and serious considerations by the drafters.

I Have many questions

I do not approve the increase.

This special assessment is unrealistic for the majority of people living here

As an owner and resident, I do not use the pool. I would rather keep the cost of fees affordable than have a pool. Fees have already increased by $50 a month in the two years of owning my condo. A 24 percent increase would greatly impact me and the other owners. There has to be another way.

I’m opposed to the increase

I am on 100% disability... my income is very fixed and less than 1100/ month. Is this a one time assessment or something we need to budget for each year... 600/ month is not doable ... what is being done to help those on fixed incomes in our community...

The fee is ridiculous!

These are absurdly high increases
