Objection to 120 Himley Road to become 22 bed-sit HMO

I am a resident of Himley Road and have a young child and do not want this kind of housing unit near my child.

Put them in cavendish house

sound not be allowed this is terrible so close to a park

Dont want it near my chiidrens school and park

There is not enough parking I visit my mom who lives a few doors down from this intended development and sometimes the roads so busy with cars I have to park on the hilly house car park just to see her. I am also objecting to the fact we don't know who the residents will be and being opposite a local park and primary school is also a worrying thought.

We do not need this in our area as we already get too many issues from HMO's, Hostels and Flats in this area with nuisance, ASB, Parking issues and the dumping of waste and rubbish.

I have 3 lads 11 5 and 2 I am putting there safty first we don't need no more riff raff around our area

Think we should of been more informed about this!
