It has come to the notice of LWRA that the owners of 38 The Drive are operating an illegal guest house. They have not asked for rezoning, they do not have permission or a licence. They do not even have a health certificate.
Please assist us to keep LWRA orderly and residential.

I honestly cannot believe how quickly this is taking off since it feels like just yesterday I was typing this out on my laptop at the kitchen table. It is wild to see so many people actually caring about the character of our neighborhood because I really thought I might be the only one losing sleep over this whole mess at The Drive.

Ridiculous, people should not be allowed to carry on illegal activities and get away with it.
I object to the use of 38 The Drive, Lakefield, Benoni as an illegal guest house.
I understand that 38 The Drive are operating a Guest House without the required licencse. I hereby object to the owners operating a business of this nature without complying with the necessary application requirements.
I am objecting to the alleged illegal guest house at 38 The Drive and believe that if this is the case the owners should be prosecuted.
Totally against the Guesthouse trading without the Proper licencing or health certificate....
