A totally inappropriate development in an AONB.Westerham and Oxted cannot cope with that increase of traffic on the A25.

Effects on highways and local infrastructure of increase traffic and pollution,

The A25 is already congested ,especially when affected by M25 overflow traffic during motorway obstructions on M25. ( Witnessed frequently; e.g. also yesterday 14.10.16 nose to tail slow during pm traffic for hours.)Area already noise and air polluted y Gatwick traffic. Massive extra traffic on local roads recently. This site has no alternative to motor transport links for either employees or visitors. No special circumstances to warrant this invasion into green belt. .

All newly built DPD super depots are located in existing industrial zones, not in an AONB! Huge Traffic flows exiting from Moorhouse on the A25.

There are many more places suitable for this proposed development than this one in an ANOB.
