SAY NO to Planning Application for DPD Depot centre at the Moorehouse site on A25

Absolutely do not agree with any further development. As it is Oxted and surroundings are terribly crowded.

Unless access is directly onto the M25 this cannot go ahead. The local roads just cannot cope with the increased volume of traffic or this nature of vehicle.

The extra traffic will cause disruption and especially at Limpsfield school were children have to cross the busy road without traffic lights or lollypop Person.!

Totally inappropriate for the site and the area, in my opinion. The amount of additional traffic will prove to be a major problem, on that stretch of road - not to mention what it will do to the only / main road through Westerham. Will be a disaster.

The surrounding area and services can nearly cope with the traffic at the moment. The area is of outstanding natural beauty.

These proposals are not appropriate for the site and instead belong in an industrial estate. They add to already overcrowded roads

The A25 is such a busy road with many hold ups at certain times of the day, more traffic will make it into a nightmare. Also Westerham is so spoiled by the through road, more traffic will make it unsafe.

I object to the extra traffic and pollution that will effect the A25 which is already under excess pressure from current traffic volume

The local traffic infrastructure can not accommodate such an increase in vehicle movements.... With westerham High Street being a well-known bottleneck, the bulk of the traffic would be along the A25, which is already overloaded.

The A25 between Westerham and the A22 is a busy road and can easily be brought to a standstill due to volume of traffic. Adding this extra volume of traffic will be hugely disruptive for all people who live or work in Tandridge or who support local events there.

I totally object to this project for a thousand reasons.

On behalf of Aperfield Green Belt Action Group, I object to this inappropriate development in the green belt which will clearly impose unacceptable pressure on the A25 and the much wider area.

Totally unsuitable application for the area. There are much more appropriate sites for a commercial venture of this scale

A totally inappropriate and ridiculous suggestion on a road which is always busy and already has it's fair share of accidents AND is the only road which can cope if the M25 has problems - which is too often!

I strongly object to this planning application on the basis that such; 1) Would be a wholly inappropriate development, given its scale and nature, within the Green Belt and Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) 2) Would have an urbanising effect on a valuable area of the green belt ( I note that such developments are ordinarily only permitted in existing industrial zones and NOT AONBs). 3) would result in a huge additional daily traffic burden which would create traffic chaos on the A25. 4) Proposed development is planned in a location which cannot be deemed sustainable in that it is served by little or no public transport, hence necessitating access by car.

I objected to last planning application and feel equally against this application for the same reasons

I wish to register my objection to the proposed developement at the Moorhouse site which is inapporopriate on grounds of scale & activity levels on the already congested A25, all within the Green Belt

I understand due process but was frustrated to find that the application 2016/1036 was being looked at again as same issues are still present
