SAY NO to Planning Application for DPD Depot centre at the Moorehouse site on A25

The A25 is busy enough, even more-so when the M25 is clogged up. Westerham and surrounding areas are hard pushed to cope with the traffic already without adding to it.

I fully support this petition. It is absolutely ludicrous; devastation to wildlife, roads, listed buildings, etc.

Totally inappropriate development for location in green belt and AONB. Traffic increase unsustainable.

As a resident of Ballards Lane, just off the A25 this proposal is a complete travestry. With all too frequent regularity the A25 near my street is JAMMED with overflow traffic from a malfunctioning M25. Furthermore why not use a light industrial zoning area rather than an AONB!! The pollution, noise, traffic will ALL have a DETRIMENTAL effect on the surrounding areas and there are plenty of light industrial areas that could be redeveloped for these purposes. Surely the Titsey Estate can come up with a better option!

Out-of-scale to the surrounding area. Great traffic increase to the clogged A25 and Westerham.

•Urbanising impact on the Surrey Hills AONB, and totally out of context with the local setting.

This would be a disaster for our lovely villages along the a25.

Not needed

The noise pollution and traffic pollution will add to the already high levels on the A25. Last week ( for example)the tail back from the grasshopper was at stand still all the way to where th A25 crosses the A22. Adding another 900+ vans will add to this.

The suggested building is totally inappropriate in this AONB. I cannot believe that any company would request permission to build an industrial building in a rural landscape and the Council should definitely not pass this application!

The A25 is already busy and when the M25 is slow many drivers divert to the A25 in attempt to avoid delays, putting a strain on towns such as Westerham. This is a beautiful area, green belt and AONB with many listed buildings, we must preserve its peace and beauty.

This sort of development is not suitable for the location. The traffic on the A25 is already extremely heavy and there is am infant school very close by.

This development is totally inappropriate for this site because of its environmental impact In an AONB. Also the increased traffic will only add to the congestion already being experienced in the local area which has already risen sharply and increased pollution.

Our roads are already badly congested. This proposal is horrendous.

This development of a DPD 'super depot' in an AONB and Green Belt is inappropriate . It will be an eyesore and add to pollution in the immediate area. The local roads cannot handle this huge increase in traffic and will be bugle detremental to the local area. This development should not be allowed to go ahead.

This is completely inappropriate for this site, the increase in the volume of traffic on the A25 on the periphery of Westerham in particular is unsustainable.
