SAY NO to Planning Application for DPD Depot centre at the Moorehouse site on A25

This proposed development will cause severe peak time congestion on the A25 and through Westerham which cannot handle more vehicle movements.

The A25 is busy enough & we do not need even more Hgvs ruining our historic village. Take it elsewhere!!!

There are so many reasons to object to this proposal but first and foremost is the horrendous number of vehicle movements which will ensue on an already overburdened A25.

I live on A25.absolutely resist any more traffic.

I object to planning permission for a depot at Moorhouse next to the grasshopper pub on the A 25 east of Oxted.

It's destroying the greenbelt and the roads cannot sustain it. They are already peppered with pot holes.

The A25 is always congested at Oxted and Westerham, especially when the M25 is jammed, as happens daily. It makes no sense to site a major distribution depot between Oxted and Westerham.

My objection to this proposed development arises from it being totally inappropriate for the Green Belt/Surrey Hills AONB given its scale and impact on the environment. There is absolutely no case for this scheme and the major increase in traffic it would generate in the locality, with resulting congestion/pollution/safety issues. It really is time that developers were disallowed from being allowed to submit such ludicrous proposals thereby avoiding all the resulting negative consequences

I object to this proposed development because of the impact on the area visually and enviromentally

The A25 is already overcrowded and this this development would radically affect those living around it plus is not needed as this area is already serviced.

Over development which would create impossible conditions on the already crowded A25.

I object to this application on the same grounds that application 2015/1217 was refused

I strongly disagree with this development, it is not logical and will have a hugely negative impact on the local area. In short it needs to be rejected

This is in an area of outstanding natural beauty and the green belt! Totally inappropriate.

Road too busy now especially if M25 has problems on it

we are opposed to the increased traffic flow that will be on the A25, as it is already excessive.
