Excessive traffic will cause even more congestion than there is at present

This application should not go ahead because it is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the A25 is already congested.

This development is inappropriate for the area and surrounding roads. The impact on the main roads will be significant, leading to adverse impact on roads that are already oversubscribed.

This development is not appropriate for an AONB and the roads are not sustainable for such an endeavor.

No to this planning application. As a lifelong resident of Oxted and as someone who lives just off the A25, I do not believe that the A25 can cope with the extra volume of traffic that this proposal will generate. I think it will impact negatively on the pollution levels in the area from the distribution centre itself as well as the added volume of transportation vehicles. Added to this will be the added noise pollution from all the vehicles travelling along the A25- which is noisy enough as it is, both day and, more importantly, at night.

The development proposed is wholly inappropriate for an AONB and should only be allowed on an industrial site with adequate road access. The proposed lorry and van movements at peak morning and evening periods is not sustainable through Westerham and Limpsfield.

The roads which the delivery vehicles would use are quite inadequate for the traffic which would be generated

NO! to this application being approved. Westerham and Oxted are not dumping grounds for developers to flex their muscles. We've come out here to have a quality of life which is being eaten away more and more by developments that are wholly inappropriate. Green belt laws were created for a reason. That reason has not gone away. This new application does not answer the objections that we raised last year when it was rejected. Keep on resubmitting and we'll go away - is not going to happen.

Having lived in Limpsfield for 20 years we have seen traffic congestion grow on the A25 made even worse when the M25 has problems, this addition would be catastrophic to the area & shouldnot proceed under any circumstances.

The proposed development should be sited in an existing area of industrial use rather than a country location with inadequate road and travel infrastructure.

We chose to move to this area (an AONB in the Green Belt) over thirty years ago - yet a company now feels it can trample all over the regulations and industrialise the Green Belt for its own shareholders' benefit. The application is totally inappropriate for these reasons alone. Add the massive increase in industrial, haulage and light haulage traffic movements and the impact on the residents and the environment is even more unacceptable.

The excessive traffic movements on to A25 will be a disaster waiting to happen

This proposed DPD Depot at Moorehouse is a totally inappropriate development in the Green belt and should be relocated in an existing industrial zone, not in an AONB

This construction will cause chronic and permanent chaos on the traffic on our roads, and more pollution!

The local roads, infrastructure and green belt are not conducive to a depot of this magnitude operating 24/7
