Object to additional traffic on local roads particularly with respect to Limpsfield C of E School crossing as well as potential noise and air pollution.

Concerned include impact of additional traffic on A25 and surrounding areas, proximity to Limpsfield school and impact on AONB.

Do not trust the DPD proposal and object fully

The road infrastructure in the surrounding area is simply not suitable for more heavy traffic, indeed the B2026 south through Edenbridge is already extremely dangerous due to too many heavy goods vehicles. Did Churchill ever envisage the destruction of the Weald by the siting of a depot in a totally inappropriate location in designated Green Belt?

This area cannot sustain the additional traffic that this proposal would generate. It is already failing to cope with the vehicles serviving the Edenbridge industrial estate which clog the country lanes, totally unsuitable for their size and volume. This is a green belt area. Please respect it as such.

Noise pollution, increase traffic on road, crossing the A25 to school already dangerous enough, A25 already gridlocked when M25 congested.

Inappropriate development in AONB.

This proposal is completely out of place in a rural area with limited road capacity.

The 4 comparison site used in this application deal with 25,000 parcels a year so 7,00 being quoted is unrealistic. The A25 and surrounding roads are not capable of dealing with the increase in traffic, there are lots of old buildings in oxted and westerham which will damaged by the lorries.

Complete madness!!!

My objections to the depot are based on the probable impact on local air quality and the issues with the layout of the A25 in Westerham (especially the two natural pinch points). This road is unsuited to handling more traffic, particularly from larger commercial vehicles.

Moving from Bromley to Oxted the air quality is noticeably better. Please don't destroy the air quality here with this depot. The area and roads are not suitable for a depot of this size.

The proposed depot is clearly in the wrong location and will exacerbate traffic problems in both Westerham and Oxted where crossing the A25 is already a hazardous operation.

It is of paramount importance that we look to preserve the unique cultural and architectural identity of both Westerham and Oxted, which in turn necessitates the restriction of the level of heavy traffic passing through each locale; I am therefore wholly in support of this petition
