Object to Weston View Green Space Development Plans Now

Will take away open space, home to wildlife! The building will be in pleasing to the eye and will cause more traffic on an already busy road. The building will also look out of place and will stand out against terraced housing! Crookes does not require this development!

This will take away our valued green space and cover a much used footpath as well as issues with parking.

Please we don’t want that plan to go ahead.

I object to the loss of further green space in Crookes. The area provides a sense of space and calm when walking past and is vital to the wellbeing of residents.

It is hard to drive round that area already, and building a block of flats will reduce visibility even more and make it more dangerous.

I object to the plans for a block of 3/4 storey apartments to be built on Weston View.

The residents have not informed of this development plan.

This plan is totally unacceptable as it shrinks the precious green spaces in S10 area.

This is a completely inappropriate development which will cause chaos during construction and parking nightmares thereafter. The development allowed for some green areas, for good reason. This should be adhered to.

The buses can't take it, the WIFI won't take it, and the water infrastructure can't take it. My lodger got hit bya car just down from here and it's not safe to have more cars there.

This space that will be taken up by the proposed development is of real value to residents of Weston View. People sit out, exercise, walk their dogs and enjoy the greenery out here. It would be very disappointing to lose all that.

This is an intrusive and invasive application. It would have a real negative impact on our community.

I use the footpath all the time to get to the bus stop/crossing. The road opposite the gym is already jam packed with cars. How will we access the entrance to weston view with builders, scaffolding, construction machinery on top of the usual traffic? Also, during the coronavirus, the few green spaces on weston view was the only way people living in the flats could get some fresh air without travelling a distance!

I live directly opposite the location in which the flats are going to be built and I do not want to be further overlooked into my garden or home. The increase in traffic does not appeal to be as already people fly around the Blind corner at Crookes road like Michael Schumacher and nearly crash into me and my family whilst we reverse onto our drive as it is without the added traffic this will bring.

Over building in a lovely area of flats and spoiling views etc. Already enough traffic in the area

Such a pity if this happens... one of the few places to sit / play on a grassy spot left in the area

Population density already too high. Lots of people enjoy that open space

I object due to them being very close to my flat and I will be looking straight into them. This will ruin the lovely area the Weston view has become
