Object to Weston View Green Space Development Plans Now

Crookes road is a major arterial route into and out of crookes. Traffic and roadside parking specially from city centre commuters, hospital visitors and local Shop users is an ever growing problem here which not only brings noise and environmental pollution but also affects daily lives of people residing here. Safety of children, pedestrians, dog walkers etc is already threatened by increasing vehicles on the road and this development will not only make the problem worse but also add to loss of our little green space, sunlight and add to more civil nuisance in the area. I strictly object to building this new dwelling accommodation which will affect not only commuter timings for people going to Work but also school children and other residents relying on public transport on this single file road. Lastly; not to forget the environmental damage this new structure will bring to our community and ever lasting problems for people residing here.

This is ill considered and will make this neighbourhood significantly more crowded.

I cannot think of any good reason why this would enhance the area. It will be an eyesore create more pollution for the people currently living in the area

Obtrusive and unnecessary

Invasion of my privacy and will block light to windows and garden. Unfair on new residents only been living here 2 years.

These types of development need to be addressed as they have an adverse impact on local people , their well being and life

This will make Crookes road an even bigger nightmare for traffic than it already is!!!!

Goes against national and local planning policy to protect local healthy spaces.
