If Canon Mac was a "privately owned" School, I would understand... However, our Logo is "who we are"! No Need to change it.
Especially since their new option looks like a Halloween Figure.... Let the Board work on serious School concerns instead of wasting their time on this ...

Since the Canon McMillan School board decided to change the school logo, maybe it's time for the district taxpayers to change the School board.

That new logo is the ugliest thing I’ve seen. Why go through the added expense of changing all the merchandise with that? Use that money for education and security!

As I posted on Facebook early changing the logo really makes no sense. The school board should do the thongs a school board is elected to do. Make sure budgets are addressed, student well being is taken care of. In am a 1970 Alum and was always proud of Canon Mac. The CM and Bic Mac Logo has always ment a great deal to everyone. School board members do the important things you were elected to do and leave the logo alone.

This is ridiculous! What putz made THIS thing up??? In no way does it represent the school or it's history. I never really liked the one in use now...looks like a horse farm. I apologize for any hurt feelings here, but as a professional graphic designer and graphic college prof for 40+ years, these are my opinions.

My brother and sister in law were in first graduating class at the new high school. The logo is classic.
My husband and I graduated in 1967. This new logo is an embarrassment.

Leave the logo as is. The bew ligo is awful. That should have been discussed with parents and students. Stop having people who know nothing about Canon McMillan create a logo.
