This logo is completely inappropriate. Why is it necessary to have death represented in a school logo? We are not pirates, we are not phantoms, we are not vampires, or ghosts. This depiction of death and the afterlife has no place in a school setting. What was wrong with our old logo?
Parents or the community at large were not consulted when making this decision. Clubs and organizations have already purchased gear for this season. Gear depicting the traditional logo that was tasteful. Please do not change the logo of Canon Mac. There is no need for it. Unless, of course, if the community at large, including residents, current students, and alumni have been given the opportunity to voice their opinions and vote on any changes.

Why does our district want to have something that is menacing looking. Especially during our current climate. The previous logo has history in the positive representation of our district. I find it inappropriate. And a waste of money.

The current logo looks so much better and has history and tradition. In addition, all sports and activities would need to change gear that has already been purchased for this year!
