Build something that will improve our community and quality of life.

There is no way that this is good for Pinewood Lakes or Star Idaho.

Star does not have the infrastructure or resources to support the needs of additional low income residents. Our elementary school is overcrowded, we do not have adequate public transportation and little job opportunities with the city. Star does not have the resources in place to support low income folks or their needs for affordable groceries, medical care, etc. No to this project- Star is not equipped to provide an enhanced quality of life for low income folks. It may make their situation worse due to lack of resources and jobs!

I moved to Pinewood Lakes Reserve from Eagle. Star appeared to me to be an Eagle in its early days and become much nicer as time goes by. This type of building will destroy that possibility and reflect negatively on this community. This may be a needed addition, but not adjacent to a class subdivision.

I oppose this development as Star does not have the business infrastructure or schools to support even the current residents. Use this prime piece of real estate to encourage new businesses in town!

Not a good use of this property, we object to building apartments at this location and say no.

Please do not put more of an economic stress on a community that already struggles to stay above water. Bring in a business, as it's zoned for that purpose. No to the apartments!

Low income housing is not in the best interest of Star Homeowners and will be a detriment to our property values. Say no!

What a terrible idea. Not fair to homeowners and if the property is zoned commercial than build busineses.

What good is low income housing miles away from any decent employment? It's a long cold walk to anywhere but the bars.

Strongly object!

This is one of the stupidest ideas ever. Let's build low income housing next to $300,000 houses. Nobody will get anything stolen from them.

We do NOT approve of this building. It will depreciate our property value, crime rate will go up & the schools are crowded enough as it is let alone it will be an eye sore for the entrance of the neighborhood.

This project will not be beneficial to the community of pinewood lakes . We have a prestige community where people wish to live. Having low income apartments as the first visual of our community will be a detriment and eventually a devaluation if our property.
