Over half of the homes on the street where I live are rentals (No. Main area / alleyways). Half again are low income. Those renters were responsible for a huge crime wave throughout No. Ada County. The owners of these properties run to their secluded home and away from what they generate here in the city. Low income housing = crime and lack of any pride of ownership in Star. We do not want to be the next Garden City!! The refugee issue would be a total disaster for our beautiful little community.

This is sponsored by the government. They will send mostly Middle Eastern Muslims into this apartment. The Govt. doesn't like Red states and will do anything to drag them down.,

I did not buy a home in Pinewood Lakes to see my property value destroyed by very poor planning. This type of housing requires nearby support systems such as public transportation, shopping, jobs, etc. Star cannot support these needs at this time.

High density housing right at the entrance to Star? Thing about what it will look like in 10 years as Star grows. it will be an eyesore! Bad idea, very bad idea!

We don't need another low cost living apartment complex. We already have one and the issues.

This is such a bad idea for so many reasons. I can only imagine that someone pushing this stands to make some money from it as there is no possibity that this will be an improvement for the city.

I strongly oppose to section 8 homes built in hard working Americans neighborhood. Not only does it devalue our town but it devalues these poor peoples home. Get a job like the rest of us! If I didn't work I would be in the same boat with them but I wouldn't be begging for someone to put shelter over my non working head.
Keep star small
I'm against
