The Wall-Street shakedown of the United States has gone on long enough. I strongly support President Obama's efforts to regulate the banking industry.  

I also strongly support abolishing financial derivatives, selling-short, and any and all high-risk activities that contributed to the recent financial crash and turned Wall Street into a veritable Casino. The stock market was created to help fund companies who DO things and Make things, not just a market for wild speculation and short-term trading. 

In signing this petition, I also STRONGLY advise the Senate and Congress to fully support the President's efforts to strongly regulate the banking industry. Failure to do so will demonstrate clearly to the American people you do NOT care about the American people, only the wealthy Wall-Street crowd. 

We will not allow another shakedown by Wall-Street..
