We, the undersigned, petition President Barack Obama to visit Martinsville, VA on his upcoming bus tour. In 2008, President Obama promised to wake up every day thinking of the people of Martinsville. His policies have failed. President Obama should come to Martinsville to see how his failed stimulus, excessive EPA regulations and federal health care takeover have hurt Southern Virginia. His policies have cost us jobs, hurt our families and made the recession worse. President Obama should visit to see this first hand.
