Nys grandfather law to individuals over 18 years old before 11/13/19

18 year olds should be allowed to smoke if they can join the forces.

I think the law banning all people is wrong, I feel as if the people who were 18 before the given date, then we should be grandfathered to buy these products. I am very upset about the juul pod situation. They have helped me stop smoking cigarettes, and now with this law I'm being forced to slowly have to go back. I cant Express how upset I am about this situation.

Quite frankly as long as you are old enough to serve our country at 18 you should be able to smoke and drink!

I've been buying products since my 18th birthday which is a day after the law was in play. I wish to keep buying products I was already allowed to buy!

I’ve been buying cigars for years and now all of the sudden I’m not allowed ? If I have bills and mortgages in my own name I should be allowed to continue to purchase as well as everyone else.

If you can go to fight for your country at 18, you should be able to smoke a cigarette or vape. This is absolutely ridiculous

If you can be tried as an adult, treated as an adult, go to the military, then you should be allowed to smoke. Don’t call those who are 18 ‘adults’ but not let them do an ‘adult’ thing.

I have been using ecigarettes for 2 years since the day I turned 18, it’s against ones rights to be able to buy a product and then have that right taken away, I go to the doctor annually ive even had my lungs checked and ive had no side effects..
