It should be applicable to those who turned 18 before all of this and it should stay at 18. It won’t matter until I start buying cigarettes though right? What’s next? Are they gonna stop selling cigarettes too?

This law is bs! You can’t tell me I can’t purchase cigarettes after I’ve been doing so legally for a year! But I can go die for my country right? Can’t smoke a damn marb tho.

I'm 19 turning 20 and I've been buying tobacco products since I was 18. I honestly think that we should get the grandfather law for us who were 18 before the law changed.

The fact that I have been buying Tobacco for two years now. And I can’t even get ahold of it now pisses me off! It’s like taken alcohol away from adults who are legal enough to buy it! If i can vote! I can smoke!!

If you were 18 before the law got passed and went into effect should be grandfathered in because they were already buying them so how can you take that right away from them. They are old enough to serve for our country but not old enough to buy a pack of smokes? That’s completely unfair and wrong!

I am serving my country by going into the military, and it is crap that we can serve our country and can’t smoke my cigars
