Nys grandfather law to individuals over 18 years old before 11/13/19

Every 18 year old has to enlist in the army so what sense does it make thst we cant but tobacco products, we are considered adults

It’s messed up cuz people over 18 years old have been buying them since they turned that age now we have to resort to having older people get them it’s not helpful at all and its a pain in the ass cuz it’s like we are hiding but we can sign up for the army at 18

If they can fight for your country at the age 18 they should be able to Smoke at 18.

This is bull crap. I’ve been able to buy for a year but now I can’t because of this? You can go shoot a gun and get drafted but can’t buy cigarettes or capes until 21. People in the army can fight for their lives and can’t come home to have a drink with his buddies. Now you can’t smoke. BS!

I’m 21 in 3 weeks, meaning I’ve been able to buy tobacco products for over 2 years now. I shouldn’t be denied the sale of tobacco products now, it’s taboo!

I feel like if we were old enough to go in war, why can’t we be old enough to buy pods, or smokes?

This just some bs. Its not fair to us over 18 to lose our privilege because of stupid kids that don't know that the law is the law!

It is unfair that people who have turned 18,19, and 20 before this law should have to wait again until their 21.
