Nys grandfather law to individuals over 18 years old before 11/13/19

I believe since I was 18 before the law was in place. I should be grandfathered in. How can you give me access to something. Then take it away.

If we have started smoking when the law was 18 what are we supposed to do now? Suffer because of this new law? If anything we would just have someone 21 or over supply them for us. Which makes it worse

I have been smoking for 3 years and it's unfair that you can just take away that right it's a habit that takes time to fight and your just bringing stress and pain with the law being that way if I could buy before I should be able to now
