Nys grandfather law to individuals over 18 years old before 11/13/19

For people that are under 21 and that are addicted are effected too much by this we need this grandfather

People who have been able to buy tobacco in the past and are addicted shouldn't have it ripped away from them. If someone is already addicted to nicotine they will just find other ways to get it. Why make it so more people are breaking the law instead of helping people who could've been purchasing tobacco for up to 2 years already from getting something as simple as tobacco products

I think to the people who are already addicted to tobbaco products this is killing them and they will find any way to get there hands on it

I’m VERY upset with this new law and believe that because I’m technically an adult; I should be able to do what I want with MY body!

i believe that sense i was 18 before the law changed i have the right to still buy tobacco products. How come 18 year olds can risk their lives by fighting for this country but cant buy tobacco products anymore?

Being 20 years old and knowing it was legal for me for 2 years and now not being able to buy stuff makes no sense

I work at a vape shop and I’m 19 but because of this law I may lose my job and I will no longer be able to purchase my items legally even though I work in a shop that sells said items not to mention we waited until we were 18 to begin buying these products in the first place and now in many cases they have to wait another three years that’s just wrong.

CHANGE AGE BACK TO 18+

The fact that I cannot even purchase cigarettes anymore in my own home town is ridiculous. I was able to purchase products for almost two years now. Getting my rights removed ain’t cool.

It is just simply unfair that a person 20 years old that has been smoking for 2 years cannot buy him/herself a pack of cigarettes.
