Nys grandfather law to individuals over 18 years old before 11/13/19

I’ve been 18 since 12/15/18

If you change this law. You will stop so many, which is now illegal “ distributions” to people under the age of 21. And what happens when they get caught? Just change the law and we’ll be good.

This is a manifestation of democracy

I feel that a right of mine has been taken away from me . It will be another year before I turn 21 . I understand the change in law but it does seem unlawful to take away a right I already had .

They didn’t need to raise it it’s just gonna cause problems

I was in the military and have bought chew for the past 2 and a half years now I have to wait another 11 months to buy again it’s ridiculous I can swerve your country but not you can’t even buy tobacco

It should be legal for People who are already the age

There have been people that have been smoking since they have turned 18 and are now 20 but cannot but Tobacco products. You can join the military at 18 but can’t buy tobacco products.

I just don't wanna wait 2 years to buy cigarettes.

I was over the age of 18 before this law went into effect an i think there should be a grandfather law where if you were 18 before novemember 13,2019 that u should be able to still buy tobacco. If you can serve the country at 18 i think u should be able to buy tobacco products

I bought it for two years now can’t buy it at all??

I think more stores are going to lose customers because of the legal age to buy tobacco products.

No one should be able to fight and/or die for this country and not be Able to buy cigarettes
