Nys grandfather law to individuals over 18 years old before 11/13/19

We need this grandfather law

I couldnt agree more let alone if you can fight for your country you should be able to smoke if you want

It is wrong to cut off people who were already addicted due to corporations advertising the e-cigarettes flavors to people of youth .

I’ve been buying cigarettes since I was 18 and I’m old enough to sell them at a store if I worked for cumbies or Stewart’s so if I’m old enough to sell them in store why can’t I buy them?

If our familes can join the military at age 18 then they should b able to make their own choices isnt that what they are fighting for , for their freedom what right is it that u take that away from them ,i think this law is wrong and unjust if you are goin to change this law then boost up our military age as well so they have a chance at life before they come home in a dam body bag

I feel although it is not fair for the people who have already turned 18, this law is not gonna stop people from getting it, we can just go to Pennsylvania but it would be easier to be grandfathered in!

I feel like it’s only fair to grandfather the law considering the fact that 18 year olds were able to buy these products before the law went into effect

I turned 18 last year and have been buying tobacco products since. I'm about to turn 19 in january, why is it fair to take away my right after I had it for almost a full year.

It should be only fair to the people that have been already 18. The whole thing is dumb you can fight for your country and pay taxes and vote but can't smoke when ever.

I an 18 years old have been since April, have been able to buy my own juul pods for long enough to get addicted it's not fair all of a sudden I cant buy them anymore

They did it with other laws, why not this one?

I think people that already turn 18 before it passed should be able to still buy them

I'm 37 and I agree the people that are 18 now should be able to by them ... I look at it this way if they cant fight in. Wars thwy can buy ciggs

I turn 21 January 3rd . This has been such a night mare for real.
