Nys grandfather law to individuals over 18 years old before 11/13/19

Im 20 and cant buy any tobaccoo. I bought it for 2 years straight but cant anymore. Its ridiculous.

There should be a grandfather law in effect in New York State, they let us smoke then change it, that is right infringement

Nys is dumb its my god given right to by them at 18 im 19 now and if ive been working hard all day and i want a smoke i deserve one its not us u need to be looking at its the parents of the young childeren

I’ve been over 18 for almost 3 years now! I turn 21 in December.. I feel it should only be accounted for the ones who have been 18 for 6 months to a year..

So dumb I'm 20 and can't buy a pack of cigs

if you can grandfather people with alcohol you sure as hell can do it now

I believe there should be a grandfather law set in place for those who were 18+ before the law was set into effect on Nov 13th

Anybody who is the age of 18 before the new law was approved should be able to buy cigarettes or any kind of tobacco products!!

I Feel like they should change it because it’s not fair to anyone who was 18 before the law changed because they were a legal age to do it

If you can go into the military at age 18 and risk your life for our country why can't you buy Tobacco products at age 18

I’m an adult, I pay taxes and live on my own. Why am I not allowed to smoke?

I've been buying cigarettes for over a year and my friend who's 20 and has been smoking for almost 3 years lost this right to buy. It's only fair if we get grandfathered in and not wait for the same right to be given back to us at 21 it's really unfair.
