Nys grandfather law to individuals over 18 years old before 11/13/19

I believe once I’ve had the right to smoke and have been smoking it is immoral to take the right away from me knowing how addicting it is an NO you are not helping me quit your forcing me into getting cigarettes illegally

I’m 20, my birthday is in feb. I think it’s ridiculous that I can no longer buy cigarettes even though I have been for the past 2 years.

Why should i be able to be told what to do with my body

My son is almost 20 years old and if he is good enough to fight for his country, possibly take lives or lose his doing so then he should have the right to purchase his own tobacco products

I would like the law to be grandfathered.

I'm just turn 20 and this unfair law had to happened as soon as I'm old enough they had to go and changed to date

Every other law that has changed like this has included a grandfather law, you will lose money to taxes seeming how the main smoking age group is 18-25

I think everyone should be able to smoke at the age of 18.... I think if you can fight for your country you can light a Marlboro up.

There needs to be a grandfather law because how can you sell someone an addictive substance for 1-2 years and then just take it away?

If ur able to serve your country at 18 you should be able to smoke a cigarette at 18

If I’m old enough to die for my country I should be old enough to smoke/vape

If you’re old enough to join the armed services, you should be old enough to smoke.
