Nys grandfather law to individuals over 18 years old before 11/13/19

I feel it’s wrong to take it away from the people who were able to at 18.

This SHOOLD be a thing because people who were 18 this year are already hooked on nicotine. They should be able to keep their rights.

Whoever was 18 before the law was passed are already addicted to it so why can’t they get them instead of having to ask other people to get them

i started at a legal age and there is no reason a person should be available for draft and to fight and die for a country, but can’t smoke a cigarette.

I’m in the military and can’t buy tobacco are you kidding me.

It's only fair they shouldn't have stopped this cause kids are still going to get it regardless.

If you can fight for your country at 18 you should be able to buy cigarettes! Enough is enough !!

I started smoking at a very young age due to my family members who would smoke by me giving me cigarettes and the peer pressure of high school. When i started vaping things got so much easier and safer for me. Im 18 and still craving cigarettes everytime i smell them. I cant quit for good unless i have my vape.

This law was ridiculousl in the first place.

this law is absolutely ridiculous. I've been 18 since 2017 but because I don't turn 21 for another 2 months I'm unable to purchase tobacco products that I've been buying for the last 2 years with no problem.

We should be grandfathered in just like how alcohol was grandfathered in
