I believe it’s unfair for the ones who are just turning 18 or been 18 for a few months should still be able to purchase tobacco products & be grandfathered in due to date of law of 21 .

I turned 18 in October and bought myself cigs for most the month, now I can’t even go into a store and buy what I’ve been buying just because the legal age for tobacco use from 18 is now 21.

I’m 19 y/o I’m just as much as an adult as a 21 y/o. This whole ban literally takes away our freedom. Last I checked 18 is considered an adult. I’ve been ripping nic since I was 16 and never had a problem.

If someone can fight for our freedom, why aren’t they allowed that freedom? My concern with alcohol as well.

I was able to buy tobacco products for 6 months and now I can’t but I will still be getting them from other people this law is pointless

We should also still be able to buy scratch offs, we're old enough to die for you but not smoke and get lucky

i think you shuld make the grandfather law a thing because the ones who were already were 18 already got addicted to them so now you guys are just gonna take it away and get them sick from them having it everyday to not having it make this go in affect

So I can enlist in the military and get deployed to Afghanistan but I can’t chose if I want to smoke cigarettes?

I think it's only fair that individuals who are 18 years of age before November 19th should be able to purchase. I mean come on you can fight for this country and risk you life but can't purchase what you'd like... grow up government

I’ve been buying cigarettes for 3 years. Now I can’t because I’m only 20. Soooooo either your gonna have me in a mental ward or y’all gone let me buy cigarettes. Yet I voted for the retard who made this law. But I’m not allowed to buy cigarettes.
