it’s not right for someone who has been using tobacco products since they’ve been of age, for the laws to change.

Once a person is allowed to buy cigarettes you should not take that away from them. I was legally allowed to but cigarettes three months ago and now can not. I think this law is a good idea because cigarettes are very harmful but even if we can’t buy them we will still smoke them.

Stop forcing your liberal ideals upon us

I turn 20 in a month and have been smoking/vaping since I was 18.

As someone who is in the military this is an issue I can go deploy but not buy tobacco this needs to be fixed.

I can go to war and die for my country but can’t by any tobacco products in the state of New York at the age of 18.... unreal

People could fight for our country. But cannot bit cigarettes. That’s not right.
