Nys grandfather law to individuals over 18 years old before 11/13/19

i think this should be grandfathered.

I am 20 now and have had my right stripped from me. I'm currently serving in the National Guard and now I can't even buy a pack of smokes

This would make a fair change to the Law.

At 18 you can die for your country serving any branch of our military, but you can't use tobacco products? It seems absolutely ridiculous to me!

If I am able to join the military at 18 should have access not speaking for myself I am speaking for other people

I am 31 but still feel this would be fair.

I understand they are doing this in efforts to stop underage usage but if you can join the military at 18 you should be able to have a smoke at 18

I think if you are 18 or older before this new law went in effect you shall be able to still buy and be in Possession of any tobacco products! We are not the cause to this, it is the actual minors and the minors parents fault!

This law should not Apply to people who were already 18 before it was passed. I have been buying my own tobacco products for almost 2 years now and now I have to wait another year and half to buy them again.

I’m 19 years old I think it’s ridiculous I can’t buy cigs even tho I’ve been smoking for about 2 years
