I waited to be 18 to purchase things I like to have. Also it helps you out in the state/government with extra tax money coming in.

I'm 19 and been smoking since I've turned 18 now I have to break the law for a cigarette all this does is add 3 more years of under age smoking

I was given a right at the beginning of this year May 2, (2019) and on November 13th, 2019. I had it taken. Which isn't right at all, how do people expect teenagers to grow up and take some responsibility, when nobody lets us ? Why change the law now after all this time? It makes no sense to me, was it all the death? Because if so changing the law isn’t helping because teens can still get there hands on the tobacco products. Why not just stop selling the products all together it would’ve made more sense that way.

Been a smoker since I was 18, it’s ridiculous that I am no longer able to purchase cigarettes after being able to for 2 years now.

The law shouldn’t even be 21, why even make it 21 in the first place? Because kids underage are smoking Juuls? Because “vapes” are killing people, when cigarettes been killing people for years. What you don’t realize even before juuls and vapes underage drinking and smoking HAS ALWAYS happened

Been able to buy tobacco for 2 years now it's getting taken from me because they think raising the age will stop kids from getting it when they won't so stupid

I was born in 3/27/00 and Im addicted to nic products Luke marlbro Newport and grizzly I have been doing so sense I was 13 and can't stop so I would really appreciate being grandfathered in but if not I will still get cigs like I do beer just have someone buy it for you but I think its bs that you can go fight and die for your country but you can't smoke and drink but old enough to die for your home land come on people

I believe that when an individual turns 18 years of age they are considered an adult. As an 18 year old individuals can get there own car, there own insurance, and even claim themselves on their taxes. But they can not purchase tobacco products. In my opinion I believe that the law is wonderful, but why make the law for everyone even the others who were already aloud to purchase their tobacco products.
