It went into affect after some kids had already turned 18. If they are 18 before it went into affect they are allowed to continue to smoke.

I believe that if I was able to buy cigarettes for almost 3 years they shouldn’t just stop selling them too me because they changed the age. I also think it’s stupid that you can be 18 to vote and fight in the war but you can’t buy a pack of cigarettes.

Kids are still going to smoke even if the age is 21. They can fight for our country at 18 but can’t smoke? Stupid!!!

Very upset, waited 18 years just to be told I have to wait another 3, our people can sign up for the service at 18 but can't smoke until 21? I'm 19 years old now bday is 1-18-00 I should be allowed to smoke!!

I believe it’s the right thing to do as people who are 18,19 & 20 have been smoking and buying there own cigarettes now they can’t. So yes I think that they should be grandfathered in

Been able to buy chew for two years and now it stops, This law is pointless to the ones already using just grandfather us in and let me be.
