Nys grandfather law to individuals over 18 years old before 11/13/19

should do it in VERMONT

Why make a law when half of us teens are older than 18 and all. It makes no sencw at all.

The law should be brought back because I'm 18 and I don't think that this is right because I was born before this date and if I'm able to vote and so everything else I should be able to buy wraps and Vapes

i’ve been purchasing tobacco products for almost 3 years and i am almost 21. and now they want to take away my rights

It’s weird we can enlist in the military, Vote for government officials, Can work 40 hours a week, and not to mention we have graduated high school! But we can’t buy anything with nicotine???

If we can serve in the military at age 18. We should be able to buy our own tobacco products and for that matter our own alcohol. If we can serve in a war we deserve to be treated like adults.

This is a ridiculous law.

It’s bs that we can sign our lives to go kill people in a different country but now I can’t buy smokes

i’m 19 years old and i’ve been buying tobacco products since sepetember 20th 2018 and now out of no where i am not aloud to get the things i was just buying last week it’s sicking. So I Robert James Lake III WILL FIGHT THIS TOO THE FULLEST EXTENT

If you can go to war at the age of 18, you should be able to smoke a cigarette, cigar, or electronic smoking devices. You should also be able to go to the bar and get a drink. This is ridiculous.

I turned 18 last year and this is ridiculous

I don’t even smoke and the fact that I’m not grandfathered in pisses me off. How can I gain the right to purchase something then have it taken back for a couple years.

Ive been 18 since december 10 th of 2018 this new law is so stupid!!

WE SHOULD BE GRANDFATHERED IN ALL OF US WHO WERE 18 before the law changed we was allowed to buy them and now we can’t cause the age is 21

I highly believe individuals 18 or above should be grandfathered in, as many of us have made decisions to start using tobacco products we have come to a slight addictive state of mind with them that could be cured with knowledge n power.

I’ve been legally buying tobacco products for two years this is unfair and people who are already 18 + should still be able to buy them
