I'm 19, and yes, I still smoke. This ban will do nothing but create an unnecessary law that will get people who already had the freedom to smoke revoked for the personal interest of the state. Don't try to criminalize my preexisting right.

I believe that anyone that has turned 18 before the new law took effect should be factored into the grandfather rule!!

Your stripping people over an addictive substance age wise angled at people have already been allowed to buy were already exposed to it the change to the rule should be aimed to keep younger people further away from it not the ones that have already been constantly using legally making the grandfather law would allow ny to fight against underage usage while not stripping away prior users rights over mass punishment, keep the ones who have not been legal yet till 21 but there’s no sense in stripping our ability we already had in the process

It is everyone own choice to use tobacco or not. If someone was giving the right to purchase tobacco at the age of 18 years old yesterday, that right should not be taken away today.

i have been purchasing cigarettes before e-cigarettes since april of this year. i believe it’s unfair to take away MY RIGHT to purchase these things when i’ve already had the opportunity to

Make absolutely no sense why if I’m 20 and have been purchasing Tabasco for 3 years why it all of a sudden changes. I understand new 18 year olds and that they are trying to make a change for the next generation but my generation has already been subjected to buying tabacoo.

You can’t expect people that have been smoking for a year or two just to quit.

It’s unfair not to grandfather the people in who were doing this legally and fairly
