For some of us in the blue collar work group, this is a huge stress reliever for us and being forced to quit cold turkey will not help mental health at work or at home.

There should be a grandfather law. You can't just cut people off from using something that they use daily.

I already legally bought it when I turned 18 before the law changed so I should still be able to buy it. Now people will just illegally get it and your law was pointless.

All raising the age is going to do is force more people to seek people of age to buy them tobacco products and create trouble. If people want nicotine people will find a way

They’ve already been smoking at the age of 18 so why make them stop

As someone who's personally chose to buy nicotine since eighteen, I don't believe that should be taken away based off new legislation. I can't buy at nineteen but I could a year ago? It deems reasonable to grandfather those who pertain and after three years, keep what's lawful regulated.

I think its alittle stupid that we cant buy cigarettes after we were allowed too for so long. I am 20 and I cant even buy them anymore. Stupid.

i think it’s only fair we get grandfathered in especially if we were 18 before this new law was even a thought!

The grandfather law would make sense seeming we’ve already all been in the stores buying tobacco products before this
