Nys grandfather law to individuals over 18 years old before 11/13/19

If you can die for your country at 18 why can’t you have a cigarette or drink a beer? This is stupidity at its finest.

I’ve been buying cigarettes for two years and now I can’t for another year? What the hell is this.

I believe everyone 18 and older before the 21 year old law should be grand fatherd in.

I don’t understand how the grandfather clause applied to alcohol but doesn’t now for smoking?

I believe us 18 years should have a say in this because we were legal age to purchase tobacco before this all went into affect.

Then I feel the age for military should be 21.If they can't smoke then they shouldn't be able to fight either

If you can hold a rifle and kill another human in service to your country at 18, then as far I'm concerned you can drink and smoke at 18.

Theres no reason i should have to go through withdraws from nicotine while im in college and its one of the few things that can help me relax. Ive been using it legally for just over 2 years and now i cant because of this law. I want to quit eventually, but on my own terms and at a time where it will add more stress to my life.
