Nys grandfather law to individuals over 18 years old before 11/13/19

The law messed up my social life and I'm affected by it.

I believe that addiction is real and can’t just be pushed away by a law, if the grandfather rule doesn’t work then they should help us.

Kinda rediculous I could buy cigarettes last week and now I can't.

People that have previously purchased tobacco should be allowed to purchase tobacco.

I was 18 way before this and it’s stupid

if u can fight for the usa ,,then u should be able to buy cigs and drink

should have a grandfathers law there’s no reason the law should have changed in the first place, it’s just gonna make older people buy em for minors

I agree! The entire law IS kind of ridiculous so atleast cut them some slack!

I’m extremely frustrated being 20 years and have been able to buy tobacco products for 2 years and now it’s ripped away. It’s ridiculous and needs to be changed.

If we can die for our country at 18 why can't we smoke at 18

The grandfather rule should be applied to people that were 18 due to the fact that this law took rights away from some people who had just gained the right to purchase these products. Also, people under the age of 21 that began smoking are no longer able to buy there cigarettes, pods, cigars, etc. What’s going to stop these people from turning to illegal drugs because they can’t satisfy their nicotine addiction

This law is unfair to those who have been able to purchase these products for a year or 2 already.
