Nys grandfather law to individuals over 18 years old before 11/13/19

I think that there should be a grandfather affect to the new New York State law, it isn’t fair for those of us who turned 18 before the law affected and it shouldn’t affect us

I agree people 18 and older before nov 13th should be grandfathered in ...they didnt do anything wrong to have that privilege taken away...they can go fight for our country at 18 they should be able to purchase tobacco products as well...

If they did it with alcohol , why not smoking? And if im adult enough to choose our president , or carry a gun and protect our country who says that I’m not adult enough to choose weather I should be able to smoke

I feel as though if you can fight for our country you can smoke a cigarette or vape. I understand the health risks but this just does not seem fair.

If we were of age before the law is in Effect we should still be able to purchase. We are already addicted so why take it away

Honestly not fair. 10 months til I’m 21 and y’all do me like this... unacceptable.

I earned that right. It’s wrong I can join the army and fight for this country but I can’t buy cigarets or lighters.

I agree if you are 18 or older before this law went into effect you should be aloud to buy cigarettes still

This should have been the part of the law since the start people who have smoke for 2 years have too stop right away which can start health problems from stopping quick just another for the state too make more money
