Being an adult comes with privileges. It’s not the governments job to parent 18 year olds.

I agree that us 18 year olds should be grandfathered in. Vaping has help me and my fiancé with smoking black and milds. We would smoke 10 a day.

18 if they can join the military why can't they buy smokes

At 20 years old, this state has no right to say what I can and can’t put into MY body. You can’t take a right away from someone that’s already had it two years.

I’ve been buying Tobacco products for over a year and now I can’t? Either way it’s not gonna stop people from smoking at young ages.

The 21 law is absolutely stupid. I have been buying my own nicotine products for years. I feel like a child when I'm a grown adult. I am 20 and should be able to buy my own nicotine products.

I believe 18 year olds that were 18, months before the new law of being 21 to purchase tobacco should not apply to us. This law should take effect to only the teens turning 18 after Nov 13th. I myself turn 18 in March, months before November.

I believe that if you were 18 before this law changed you should still be able to buy tobacco products

I have been buying Tobacco products since 4/21/19 (when I turned 18) I have been buying them all year I don’t understand how I can buy them on nov 12 but a couple hours later on nov 13 I cannot

This new law is ridiculous. 18 is an adult and they should be able to decide if they want to smoke, chew or vape and not worry about getting a ticket or whatever.

Yes if they are 18 before this new law they should be grandfathered in. I say if they can vote and fight then they should be allowed to buy tobacco proucts.
