Whats the point in not grandfathering only the people over 18? They have already started the use of tobacco. We made that decision on our own. LET US DO IT.

I believe there should be a grandfather clause to those 18 BEFORE 11/13/19. We had the right to buy it before and it was taken away from us!

This is a violation of our rights! Ive been able to purchase tobacco products for two years and now I cant for a year!

I don’t buy cigs but it would be a good thing because some people can’t go out in the cold for personal reasons or injuries and the people that turned 18 before the date issued above should be able to buy cigarettes still.

People that were 18 before the new law was in affect should be able to buy/smoke tobacco products because you let them at 18 and then you just try and stop them like how does that work

I 100% agree that anyone who was able to purchase tobacco products before the new law went into affect should be able to purchase them now.

I’ve been smoking since I was 15, I just turned 18 in August and could buy my own stuff for a little while, now I can’t I hope this petition goes through

Seems fair enough. You should be attacking the fast food industry just as much as tobacco. Yet you do not. You make me sad government. Oh well, i guess obesity will continue to be our number one killer. Thanks

If you can fight for this country at the age of 18 you should be able to use tobacco

The grandfather law should be put into place because it is not fair to people who were already legal and 18 before November 13th,

Makes no sense how last year at 18-19 I could buy tobacco products and now I'm 20 and can't.

I have switched to a smoking alternative that has helped me to quit cigarettes and now I can’t buy them.
