Nys grandfather law to individuals over 18 years old before 11/13/19

Ive been vaping for over 2 years now and you can't just take that away from me I'm almost 20.

I am 20 years old and have been smoking since atleast 16.. I've been buying my own since 18. Regardless of people having to purchase them for me. Just let us buy our cigarettes and not interfere with our constitution of the grandfather clause.

I do agree with this once u turn 18 u should have the right to buy cigs

The age of majority is 18 years old, period.

It should be if you are already 18 and above you should beable to still buy cigs and things like that its nlt fair

Tuned 19 in October im in village and I believe I'm old enough to still buy products

I feel that It would only be fair to those who do smoke cigs

I think this law should change cause it's not fair to people that are 18 already.

People born before nov 13th should be grandfathered !!

I'm 19 and I think its bs that I cant smoke anymore because I'm not 21 yet but I was still able to go through basic its bs

I just turned 18 years old on November 1st, this law sucks cause I was gonna start vaping to quit chew and now I can’t because of this stupid law. We are only hurting ourselves, let us be.

They grandfathered ppl that were of age to drink before the age went to 21 should be the same concept here!!

I turned 18 in 2018 and can’t buy anything with tobacco in it

Been chewing tobacco for 4 years there not all of a sudden gonna say i cant buy it now

Anyone born before 2000 should be aloud and grandfathered in to buy cigarettes or vape juice
