Nys grandfather law to individuals over 18 years old before 11/13/19

Why should you be aloud to get behind a wheel at 16 fight for your county and be able to own a gun at 18 but 21 to smoke a cigarette?? You can kill your self many ways before the age of 21

It’s unfair that we can serve for our Country but can’t even have a smoke break.

I can serve and die for this country at the age of 18 but I can’t have something to drink or smoke

I believe that everyone over the age of 18, before November 13th should in fact be grandfathered past this law, you let them choice to smoke, or vape, or chew tobacco, and they’ve became addicted to it, they will still find a way to get it, just let them.

It is a free country and we shouldn't be able to fight for,oir country if we cant,have a ciggrette or a dip is beyond bs

Personally I agree with everyone's opinion on allowing kids sewer 18 before the law was passed to smoke it's totally unfair to them we have grandfathered in so much other crap for everyone else so why not them if you're old enough to serve your country at that point you should be old enough to smoke you know

I miss being able to buy tobacco by myself

If I am old enough to to join the military and potentially die for my country and I am almost 20 years old and have been using nicotine products since I was 18 I should still be allowed to purchase them even with the new law

This law was absolutely ridiculous. We were able to buy them before and now we can’t? The young smokers you’re trying to prevent know people that are 21 that can get them cigarettes. You’re just hurting the kids who could already buy them that now have the addiction.

I’ve been buying tobacco products for 2 years now and now I can’t I think this law is so stupid. If you can fight for your country at 18 you should be able to at least buy a pack of cigarettes
